Fellow Brothers;
Once again the Conclave 08 contingent will hold a hoagie sale to help
offset the trip cost to Puerto Rico this summer, had been planned as
our last one before the trip so lets all try to make it the best one
so far. I have attached the pre-order form that I would like all those
to use so we can get a accurate count of how many we need to order,
remember the last time we ran out of subs due to late orders so
please don't delay. The subs come with a bottle of water and bag of
chips and the American subs are rather large in size for only $5.00 per
lunch bag. I will need all your pre-order sale numbers sent to me by April
16th so I can call in the order for the supplies, please use the same
format as the order form keep the forms for your delivery / pick up.
Collect all money at the time you deliver or they are picked up and
turn it in to either me or Sally String. If anyone has any questions
please call me or e-mail me and I will get back to you promptly. Good luck!
At the March district roundtables we will be selling the conclave fund raising
t-shirts their are a limited quantity for sale on a first come basis the price
is $10.00 and 2X are $11.00
